By downloading or using AllDoc AI Reader (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. The App is free, ad-supported, and provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. The name includes “AI” because optional AI tools exist; the App’s primary purpose is on-device document viewing, scanning, conversion, and PDF tools.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the files you open, create, edit, convert, share, or save, and for having the legal right to use them. You must use the App only for lawful purposes and must not misuse it (including attempting to disrupt the service, abuse ads or AI limits, or process content you are not allowed to handle).
Document viewing and PDF/office tools generally run on your device. Keep your own backups. Optional “All files access” on Android lets the Files tab list supported documents on shared storage; you may decline it and use the file picker or folder grants instead.
Formatted Word/PowerPoint/Excel preview may not match desktop office software. Legacy .doc / .ppt are not fully supported.
Scan Document uses the camera and/or photos you select. Play-installed copies may use Google Play in-app updates.
Summarize, Ask, Translate, and Smart rename send selected document text to an online AI processing service provided by Google when you use them. Output is generative: it can be incomplete or inaccurate and is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You choose whether to use AI. You remain responsible for how you use any AI output.
The App displays ads through an advertising service provided by Google, including banners, native ads, full-screen ads at natural breaks (for example after leaving a tool or after a successful Save), and optional rewarded ads (including for extra AI credits). Ads are part of the free Service.
The App also relies on third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, optional AI processing, fonts/appearance resources, and Play updates. Your use of those services may be subject to the providers’ terms and privacy policies, including Google’s Privacy Policy.
Features, limits (including AI credits), ads, and supported formats may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update the App or these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The App, its branding, and its original content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you. You retain rights in your own documents. The App may include third-party open-source components; required license notices are included with the App where applicable.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, damage, or data issues arising from use of the App, including file corruption, failed saves, ad behavior, preview differences, in-app updates, third-party service outages, or AI output.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may restrict or discontinue access if we reasonably believe you have misused the App or violated these Terms, to the extent permitted by law and platform rules.
